I'm Dani!
Once upon a time, in a middle school far, far away, 7th grade me was given an assignment by my art teacher to take “autumn photos." Viewing it as an opportunity to share his longtime passion for photography, my dad grabbed his trusty Minolta SRT 101 and took me out on a crisp & cool afternoon to see what we could capture.
That day, he taught me all about ISO, shutter speed, aperture, and light. And somewhere between the 24 exposures of pumpkins and fallen leaves, I fell head over heels with the click of the shutter, the sharpness of the focus, and the way the world felt just a little more magical through the lens of a camera.
30 years later, that love has only grown deeper. And though I’ve moved on to primarily shooting in digital, my first love will always be that little 35mm Minolta.
Authentic Moments
Genuine smiles between siblings. Spontaneous laughter sparked by an inside joke between friends. Affectionate looks between two people who've spent a lifetime loving one another. Forehead kisses between a couple who are just beginning that journey.

Though they may seem small and insignificant, these are the moments worth remembering. These are the stories worth telling. And these are the moments that I love to capture for you.
